Please read these Terms & Conditions ("Terms") carefully. By accessing or using the Verify application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the App.

1. App Purpose and Intermediary Status

Verify provides a digital platform for real estate listings and related services. Verify acts as an information intermediary connecting buyers, sellers, and renters. We do not own the properties listed on the platform and are not a party to any actual transactions between users.

2. User Responsibility

• Accuracy of Information: You are solely responsible for the accuracy and completeness of all registration and property information you provide.
• Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activities under your account. Any unauthorized use must be reported immediately.
• Lawful Use: You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws, including the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act (RERA).

3. Property Information Disclaimer

• Third-Party Content: Property details, images, videos, and prices are provided by third-party sellers, agents, or developers.
• "As-Is" Basis: All content is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranties of any kind.
• Independent Verification: Users are strongly advised to independently verify property authenticity, legal titles, approvals, and developer credentials before making payments or agreements.

4. Booking & Scheduling

Any visit or booking requests made through the App are subject to confirmation by the respective property owner or authorized agent. Submitting a request does not constitute a binding agreement. Property availability may change without notice.

5. Payments & Charges

• Transparency: Any applicable service fees or subscription charges will be clearly disclosed before confirmation.
• Payment Processing: Payments are handled via third-party gateways. Verify is not responsible for failures, delays, or errors caused by such providers.

6. Account Suspension & Termination

Verify reserves the right to suspend or terminate user accounts or remove listings, without prior notice, if:

• You violate these Terms or our Privacy Policy.
• Fraudulent, misleading, or malicious activity is detected.
• Your actions pose a risk to platform security or reputation.

7. Limitation of Liability

• Third-Party Interactions: Verify is not responsible for disputes between users or third-party service providers.
• No Warranty for Losses: Verify shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including financial losses or lost profits.
• Liability Cap: Where liability cannot be excluded, it shall be limited to the amount paid by the user for the specific service.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of New Delhi. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New Delhi.
